Ayurveda is one of the most popular health treatment method and is being used by a large number of people.  Unlike other treatments, Ayurveda takes its own time to cure a person, but it cures a person by removing the diseases from the root level. That is why even though it is time consuming, more and more people are turning towards Ayurvedic treatment methodologies.

There are different types of Ayurvedic treatments for different diseases and health issues. Most of us turn towards Ayurveda treatment to improve our health and stay fit. Here are some of the most easiest natural Ayurvedic methods which helps you to stay fit and healthy.

1) Drink Enough Water
 Drinking enough water through out the day is one of the most recommended ayruveda tips for all those who like to stay healthy.  Rather than the quality of the water consumed, it is the frequency of the water intake that matters the most. As per ayurveda norms, it is better to have small amount of water after every half an hour or so.
 
 2)Regular Exercise
 Regular exercise is another major important recommendation by Ayurveda treatment, which helps you to stay fit and healthy. You can do any type of exercise regularly to make you keep fit and healthy. Make sure that you don't carry out too much difficult and stressful exercise sessions. Also make sure that after each exercise you relax yourself as per the ayurvedic norms.

3) Ayurvedic Oil Massage
 An Ayurvedic oil Massage is one of the major thing that helps to rejuvenate your mind and body. It is recommended to take an ayurvedic oil message on a daily basis and if it is not possible then better try to do it whenever you get time. Ayurvedic oil massage is very much important for your skin, body and mind, as  many harmful chemicals are released as a result of an ayurvedic massage.

4) A Relaxed Meal
 As per Ayurveda, for having better health and remaining fit it is good to have a simple and relaxed meal. Also make sure that you have your meal when you are hungry enough and on a fixed regular time period. Do not indulge in other activities such as watching TV or reading newspapers while having your meal. Try to concentrate on your meal and enjoy it to the fullest.

5) A Mandatory Breakfast
 In the busy world, it is a common sight that most of us skip our breakfast due to lack of time or other reasons. Remember that a good breakfast would act as the charging force for all your activities on a particular day. Skipping breakfast on a long term basis would also lead to other health issue. As per ayurveda it is better to have a sound breakfast on a regular basis, in order to stay health and fit.

6) Avoiding Heavy Diet at Night
Most of us end up with the biggest mistake of having a heavy dinner and going to bed soon after that. Having a heavy dinner would always increase the chances of obesity and other serious health issues. As per Ayurveda it is always better to have a light dinner and that too atleast one hour before going to bed.

7) Avoiding Unhealthy Food
While taking food make sure that the food do not cause any health issues to your health. Ayurveda recommends avoiding junk foods, and go with fresh foods as possible.

8) Occasional Fasting
It is always to fast once in a week for purifying your mind and soul. This does not mean to avoid food completely, but by taking light food sessions along with hot water, which would help in increasing the digestive power of your body.

9) Quitting Bad Habits
There are many bad habits that one may come through during his lifetime and some of the major bad habits include smoking, drinking, drugging etc. As per Ayurveda, if you are serious about having a good health then you need to quit all your bad habits.

10) A sound and consistent sleep
Sleep is one of the most essential factor which determines ones health condition. If you are not getting enough sleep for a continuous period, then you would be facing serious health problems in the near future. Ayurveda emphasis more on having a sound sleep and that too on a fixed regular time period. If you are having any difficulty in having sound sleep, then you can try any of the methods such as taking a warm water bath,  body massaging with Ayurvedic oil, light evening food, listening to light music etc.
